MISCONCEPTIONS ABOUT, ''LISTENING''.

There are many misconceptions about listening. 

1.  Listening means , saying , 'yes' to every thing that the person, talking .

2.  Listening means, supporting on each and every point , the person, talking .

In simple terms, the speaker expects blind support and agreement from the other person !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The real listening involves , exchange of view points, for mutual benefits .

COLLECTIVELY , WE SURVIVE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We all want to be independent..........good in many aspects....should be so.

But, our survival, with all happiness, depends on our willingness for cooperation.

Too much of individualism, leads to many short-comings in life, which will shake the foundation of happiness.

Experience teaches us the importance of cooperation, for the benefit of self ,all and the world itself !!!!!!!!!!!!

IMMATURE AND CHALLENGE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Immature people try to challenge others.........this is to prove their own worth.

More over they try to prove, that others are not worthy.

Mature people do not challenge others ........they have gone beyond that level of mind to think small !!!

Mature people don't even challenge themselves......they know what to do in life, and they do it with all honesty and sincerity !!!

This is how they attain peace and happiness !!!!!!!!!!!!

BEING A STUDENT RATHER THAN A TEACHER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Life would be interesting and easy , if we remain as a student , through out our life time.

There is some thing, for all of us to learn, every minute, every day, which makes our life better and better.

Immature people, stop learning at the earliest time in life........because , they are in a hurry to teach others.

This hurry to teach others take their focus from learning, and, they remain that much ill equipped, to handle their life.

Let us share , if at all , rather than teaching others...........because , no one is ever is a complete master for teaching !!!

Great are humble.  This is because, they have nothing to prove. They live the life in pursuit of whatever they think, they can do for themselves and the society.........they do it , because they love it.

When we achieve the state of mind, where , we think , we don't have to prove , we automatically do every thing naturally.........we feel like using our talents and time for the world.

If we think , the other way, ie. when we are humble , we are on the path to greatness.

Being humble, we throw ourselves in to the happy world !

EASY TO ABUSE, DIFFICULT TO APOLOGISE !!!!

When we are low in confidence, abuse comes the easiest way.

So too , apology becomes the most difficult thing .

Confident and mature people never abuse others.....so too , 

they would express regret and say apology, without being 

hurt !!!      Absence of ego helps them do this !
