People have time for  T V, gossip and all sorts of things............

they don't have time for exercise and for learning !!!!!!!!!!!

Learning may change mindset, and new mindset will lead to 

broad mindedness and so on...................

People don't want this , because they are comfortable, where 

they are and don't want to move from there !!!!

LET US ALL MOVE TO A BETTER POSITIVE MINDSET

self is like loss of face !!!

Loss of face is the biggest problem with the people with

SUSPICIOUS ALL THE WAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

People with low self esteem are always suspicious of others !!!

They do not focus on what they have to do...........miss the 

opportunities thus .

They keep a check on others activities..........they think , others

are enemies sort............sad !!!!

NEGATIVE LAYERS IN THE MIND !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Many people don't learn, from their own mistakes even !

This is because , they have as many layers in the mind , which 


block their thinking faculty.  

These negative layers blind the people all the way , thus leading

to miseries  in life !!!

Just a few minute introspection will help them in such situations  !

There are people , who want to control every one else !

This is due to acute selfishness .

Selfishness is as a result of low self esteem.

Need to work on self esteem in such cases !!!!
