We are used to the word, 'soting'. We do it in offices , homes etc. Sorting helps us to organise things easily.
But, when it comes to millions of thoughts coming in to our mind, we do not use sorting. Therefore , we feel the stress, pressure and confusion .!
With regular practise , we would be able to know what is happening in us and will be in a position to master our mind!
