True repentance is when, we do not repeat mistakes.
There are times ,when we verbally apologise using all possible best words, but ,go back to the same old ways !!!!!
Where do we stand in terms of SINCERITY ?
This is a matter of serious personal integrity .
We bring ourselves down, when we do this sort of things, however we may try to justify !
