Parents try to motivate children by saying, to compete with the best and beat that person.
Some may suggest to learn from the best.
Some may say, that to get the best job, need to be the best.
All these have the external element !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
These may work a bit, but there is a danger of becoming frustrated , when things do not work .
The main problem here is that , the focus is on the person, which is not at all advisable.
INTERNAL EXCELLENCE, is the best self motivating factor............. we should help the people to direct their mind towards this positive motto !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
