TAKE YOUR MIND FOR A WALK !!!!!!!!!

Walking is good for health. Walking has many benefits as far as physical health is concerned.

At the least , it doesn't allow the body to stagnate !!!

We should not let our mind stagnate too !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We should take our mind too, for a walk !
