BEING TOO HARSH ON SELF !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The perfectionists are too harsh on themselves.....they refuse to forgive themselves , even on silly mistakes !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
...... not good and not necessary !!!!!
