TWO WAYS , ANXIETY................

We become anxious when.........

1.We have less time and more work.  We are anxious about finishing deadline.

2.When we have lots of time bu, no work to do.  We don't have work to do is a situation that , we don't want to do !

If we want to do things, there are millions of things that we can do to improve our life.

In first case, the people manage to finish and they feel satisfied and happy..........they are positive people.

In the second case, people do as much normal things to while away the time. After the maximum such things, they get bored and this boredom creates even more anxiety and that leads to finding excuses through day dreaming.

Add on positive qualities and knowledge is the way to be happy.
