Our motivation is our self interest.
Any thing, that does not serve our self interest, we refuse !
We are blind to all other aspects and people, when they are
not in line with our self interests !!!
We don't want to hear the suggestions by others, even when
such suggestions are very beneficial for us............we act
deaf to them, because we feel that such suggestions will
