It is almost like a disorder with the people , low on self confidence, that they must comment on each and every thing and person !!!
They feel uncomfortable till they come out with comments......however stupid those comments may be ....they can't remain silent because, they think that their silence may be seen by others as ignorant !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
