Very frequently, it is heard that some is brilliant whereas some one else a bit dump (at least not so)!
It is sad to hear such untrue things, especially when the irresponsible comments are originated from teachers.
No body is born more intelligent than any other. Intelligence is created/developed by hard/smart, regular work with interest !
