MAKING BIG !!!!!

Some thing big and complicated is taken seriously. If we suggest something easy and simple ( say, exercises ) people don't take it seriously.

They think simple things won't work.  Simple exercises of  10/15 minutes a day work wonders ! But no body  believes it.

There was a paper report ' regular exercises of 15 minutes work better than intense work out for hours '

May be it has come in papers, some may believe !
