We won't be able to function properly and efficiently , if our body is infected. Infections affect our physic !
The same is the case with our mind, our mind won't be able to function, clearly, when it is infected with negative thoughts.
We need to remove all negatives - this can be done easily, but , only by ourselves - for our own good !
