SHOPPING THERAPY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Many go for shopping , when they feel a bit low. This helps people to shift the focus from how they feel.

If the feeling is for some unknown reasons or due to some thing like grey weather or so, shopping may help to change the mood .

But, if there is a specific reason for feeling low, shifting of focus by shopping will not work.

The problem is to be addressed mentally once and for all.
