At times, we feel that the whole world is against us. All are fighting against us.
When our self esteem is low , we process all information with a negative taste.
Opinions about us, by others are blown out of proportions by us in such a situation.
This becomes a routine for us and as a result, we accumulate our anger over the years !
We suffocate ourselves with the anger inside us and, we view every one in the world as our enemies !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WE BOIL OURSELVES FOR NO PARTICULAR REASON , BUT STILL ARE UNAWARE OF WHAT IS HAPPENING TO US...........'' Oh god, why me and why all are against us ?
Easy to get out of this horrible situation, if only we know how to forgive ourselves by accepting our mistakes and in the process making peace with others in our own mind !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
